Get ready to lose your appetite for sweets. The master of visceral horror, Eli Roth, is back with a fresh serving of terror. The first official teaser trailer for his latest project, ICE CREAM MAN, has finally dropped, and it looks like summer 2026 is about to get very cold.

Before the rumors start churning, it is important to note that this is not a remake or reimagining of the 1995 cult classic. Roth is delivering an entirely original nightmare. The story follows an idyllic summer town that descends into madness when a local ice cream man begins serving "sweet delights" with horrifying results. Written by Roth and Noah Belson, the film stars Ari Millen, Benjamin Byron Davis, and Karen Cliche.

The film’s atmosphere is backed by some serious star power. The soundtrack features original music by legendary GRAMMY® nominated rapper Snoop Dogg alongside Emmy-winning composer Brandon Roberts. If that wasn't enough, the film is executive produced by rap icon Nas.

If you are in Las Vegas for CinemaCon, you can experience the horror in person. Eli Roth is kicking off "CinemaCONE" with a special pop-up event this Tuesday, 4/14, outside of Caesar’s Palace near Hell’s Kitchen. The ice cream truck will be open from 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM for killer swag and photo ops, with a special appearance by Eli Roth himself from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM.

ICE CREAM MAN arrives in theaters nationwide on August 7, 2026. You can find more information at the official site, www.icecreammanmovie.com, or by following #icecreammanmovie on social media.
